The Pyrenees Audoises are a beautiful playground for trail running. A multitude of well-maintained paths and paths allow a very wide and varied choice for the courses.
Spectacular scenery
Whether you go running in the Gorges de l'Aude, in the hills of the Pays de Sault, around the Château de Puilaurens or on the shores of Lake Montbel, you will encounter spectacular and authentic landscapes in the middle of unspoilt nature.

Marked circuits
You will find from Quillan 7 marked trails specifically for the practice of Trail. But the many routes of the Espace VTT-FFC Aude in the Pyrenees as well as the hiking trails of the Pyrenees Audoises are as many possibilities and variants for all tastes.
